Industrial PPR & PP-RCT Piping Systems
Description
Industrial PPR & PP-RCT Piping Systems are advanced thermoplastic polymer piping solutions engineered for high-pressure industrial fluid and gas transfer applications. Manufactured using Polypropylene Random Copolymer and next-generation PP-RCT crystalline structure material, these systems provide superior hydrostatic strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance compared to conventional metal piping.
Designed for compressed air, process water, chemical transfer, chilled water, and hot water circulation systems, PPR pipelines ensure corrosion-free, scale-free, and leakage-proof performance across long operating cycles. The homogeneous socket fusion welding process creates a monolithic joint, eliminating leakage risks and ensuring system integrity over decades.
The piping range typically covers diameters from 20 mm to 315 mm with pressure classes PN10 to PN25, suitable for varying industrial load conditions. Operating temperature range extends from sub-zero chilled water applications up to high-temperature hot water circuits.
Multi-layer variants such as Glass Fiber Reinforced (FRP) and UV-stabilized pipes enhance rigidity, reduce thermal expansion, and improve outdoor durability. Smooth inner bore minimizes frictional pressure drop, improving flow efficiency and reducing compressor energy consumption in compressed air lines.
These systems comply with DIN 8077/8078 pipe standards and DIN 16962 fitting standards and are suitable for pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, chemicals, engineering plants, and utility distribution networks.
