Summits PSA Nitrogen Generator for Industrial Applications

Summits Hygronics PSA nitrogen generators produce nitrogen on site from compressed air, reducing dependence on cylinders and bulk-liquid deliveries. The system uses twin adsorber vessels filled with carbon molecular sieve: while one vessel separates oxygen and other gases, the second regenerates to maintain continuous nitrogen production.

Systems are engineered around the required nitrogen flow, purity, pressure, duty cycle and feed-air quality. Available features include purity levels up to 99.999%, PLC and touchscreen control, an integrated oxygen analyser, purity monitoring, valve-leak checking, feed-air-quality monitoring, energy-saving control and modular capacity expansion. Final performance and configuration depend on the selected model and operating conditions.

Typical applications include laser cutting, food and beverage packaging, pharmaceutical production, electronics and SMT soldering, heat treatment, metal processing, chemical inerting, tank blanketing and other industrial processes requiring a dependable inert-gas supply.
