Servosine Servo Voltage Stabilizers are precision-engineered automatic voltage correction systems designed to deliver stable output voltage under fluctuating grid conditions. Built for industrial and commercial applications, these stabilizers utilize advanced servo motor–driven variac technology integrated with high-speed electronic control circuits for accurate voltage regulation. The system continuously senses input voltage variations and corrects them through a carbon brush assembly mounted on a continuously variable auto transformer (CVT). The servo motor dynamically adjusts brush position to maintain output voltage within ±1% accuracy even under wide input fluctuation ranges. Servosine stabilizers are available in air-cooled and oil-cooled configurations with copper-wound transformers, ensuring high thermal endurance and long service life. Heavy-duty buck-boost transformers compensate voltage deviation while maintaining waveform integrity without harmonic distortion. Microprocessor / DSP-based control cards provide real-time voltage monitoring, overload protection, phase failure detection, high/low voltage cutoff, and automatic/manual operation modes. Optional digital display meters and IoT monitoring interfaces are available. The systems support capacities from 5 kVA up to 5000 kVA and are compatible with CNC machines, compressors, hospitals, printing presses, textile plants, data centers, and process industries requiring regulated power supply.
