Summits Zero Air Loss Drain Valves are intelligent condensate discharge systems engineered to remove moisture from compressed air systems without any loss of valuable compressed air. Unlike timer-based drains that discharge air along with condensate, these level-sensing drain valves operate only when condensate is present, delivering significant energy savings. The Pacto Series operates using a magnetic float level sensing mechanism. As condensate accumulates inside the drain chamber, the magnetic float activates a reed switch, triggering a solenoid valve that discharges condensate for a short duration. Solid contaminants are retained via integrated strainers. Smart Shift Technology automatically switches operation from level sensing mode to timer mode if dirt accumulation is detected, ensuring uninterrupted drainage even under extreme contamination conditions. Pactoplus models incorporate 3-point sensing with BMS connectivity, maintenance alerts, and intelligent contamination detection. Hygrobot variants utilize pneumatically actuated full-bore ball valves, eliminating the need for electrical power, making them suitable for hazardous and explosive environments. Constructed using E-coated die-cast aluminium bodies with stainless steel float assemblies, the valves ensure corrosion resistance and long service life.
