The FS Curtis VSV Series is a next-generation Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Oil Screw Vacuum Pump platform engineered for high-efficiency vacuum generation in continuous industrial processes. Designed with integrated PM motor and VFD control technology, the VSV series delivers precise vacuum regulation, reduced energy consumption, and superior operational stability.
The vacuum airend incorporates a specialized screw profile optimized for vacuum duty with precision injection orifices aligned to screw rotation direction. This reduces coolant resistance, improves sealing efficiency, and enhances volumetric performance.
Direct-coupled PM motors driven by high-precision inverters enable smooth linear speed modulation based on real-time vacuum demand. Variable frequency control allows RPM and power consumption adjustment, achieving energy savings up to 45% compared to fixed-speed vacuum pumps.
The package integrates intelligent IoT-enabled control systems supporting CAN network communication, RS485 connectivity, remote on/off functionality, and multi-unit sequencing. Cloud-based monitoring enables fault diagnostics, maintenance alerts, and performance tracking.
