W Series Oil-Free Reciprocating Air Compressors (3–20 HP)

The FS Curtis W Series Oil-Free Reciprocating Air Compressors are engineered for applications requiring 100% contamination-free compressed air. Available in the 3–20 HP range, these piston compressors feature a dry crankcase design that completely eliminates oil carryover risk into the compression chamber, making them suitable for critical processes.

The compressors utilize air-cooled, deep-finned cylinders providing 360° heat dissipation for low operating temperatures and enhanced thermal stability. Multi-stage compression (in higher HP models) with inter-stage copper cooling tubes further improves volumetric efficiency while reducing discharge temperature and power consumption.

Low rotational speed pump operation minimizes wear, leakage, and vibration, ensuring extended service life. High-precision grease-lubricated bearings with high-temperature resistance support continuous duty performance.

Self-lubricated compression rings and guide rings offer superior sealing efficiency and high temperature resistance. Stainless steel coated intake valves resist corrosion and ensure long valve life under continuous 100% duty cycle operation.

Die-cast aluminium alloy connecting rods provide high strength with reduced reciprocating mass, while precision-machined pistons with self-lubricating surface coatings enhance durability. Crankcase ventilation systems reduce internal heat buildup, extending bearing life and operational reliability.
