Description

The FS Curtis VP Series Vacuum Pumps are electrically driven, single-stage reciprocating vacuum pumps engineered for reliable vacuum generation across industrial and institutional applications. Available in the 2–10 HP range, these pumps combine rugged construction with efficient performance to ensure long operating life and low maintenance.

Built with closed-grain, vibration-dampening cast iron construction, the VP Series offers superior durability under continuous duty conditions. Air-cooled cast-iron cylinders with deep radial fins provide 360-degree heat dissipation, ensuring cooler operation and extended component life.

A dynamically balanced crankshaft and high-tensile connecting rods enhance mechanical stability and reduce wear on internal bearings and wearing surfaces. The balanced flywheel design delivers high airflow for effective cooling of cylinders and heads during operation.

For operational convenience, the pumps include an oil level sight glass for continuous lubrication monitoring and prevention of overfilling. The design ensures low noise operation, minimal oil carryover, and easy installation due to its compact footprint.

The VP Series is widely used in hospitals, laboratories, dental clinics, food processing, packaging, dairy, paper & printing, and electronics industries where dependable vacuum supply is critical.

Supply configurations include base-mounted, tank-mounted, and bare block versions to suit varied installation requirements.

KK Techno Solutions supports selection based on required vacuum level, pumping capacity, duty cycle, receiver volume and application. Installation, commissioning and service are available from Noida across North India, subject to project feasibility. Send the site location, target vacuum, estimated capacity, operating hours and application details for configuration selection and quotation.
