FS-SmartConnect is an advanced IoT-enabled compressor monitoring and analytics platform engineered to provide real-time visibility into compressed air system performance, health diagnostics, and energy optimization. The system continuously captures live operational data directly from compressors and securely transmits it to a cloud-based dashboard for centralized monitoring and analysis. The monitoring architecture comprises two primary hardware components — the Airtag data acquisition module and the Gateway communication modem. The Airtag is installed inside the compressor electrical panel and captures key performance parameters such as operating pressure, temperature, load profile, and machine health metrics with a high-resolution 1-second sampling rate. Data is stored with up to 5-year onboard memory. The Gateway device transmits collected data to the cloud at regular intervals via cellular connectivity. A single gateway can integrate up to 12 Airtag devices and can be installed up to 330 feet from connected compressors.
